By accessing and using Orgonized.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Orgonized.org provides an online platform for organization management, including member management, financial tracking, event coordination, and project management tools. The service is designed for small to medium-sized organizations with up to 300 members.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Organization Management

Each user may create one organization with up to 10 user accounts (1 Admin + 9 Officers). Organizations can manage up to 300 members. The organization admin has full control over organization settings, data, and user access.

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the service. You can export, modify, or delete your organization's data at any time through your account settings.

5. Subscription and Payment

Orgonized.org offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Subscription Plans

• Monthly subscription: $35/month
• Annual subscription: $350/year (2 months free)
• All features are included in the subscription price
• No per-user fees or hidden costs
• Supports up to 300 members and 10 user accounts per organization

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed automatically on your billing date
• All payments are processed securely through Gumroad
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes based on your location
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

No-Fuss Policy

We believe in straightforward, honest business practices. Our policies are designed to be clear and fair:

• 7-day free trial: Full access to all features, no credit card required upfront
• After trial: Simple choice - subscribe to continue or account closes automatically
• No hidden fees: The price you see is what you pay, period
• No long-term contracts: Month-to-month or annual subscriptions, your choice
• Cancel anytime: No questions asked, cancel from your account settings
• Keep your data: Export everything before your subscription ends

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to your data during any paid period
• After cancellation, you may export your data before account closure
• No cancellation fees or penalties - we keep it simple
• Refund policies are subject to Gumroad's terms and conditions

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, our third-party payment processor will attempt to process payment again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended. You will receive notifications about payment issues and have the opportunity to update your payment information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Orgonized.org to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Data, Privacy, and Security Responsibilities

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining your privacy.

Your Data Rights

• Access and export your data at any time in CSV or ZIP formats
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Delete your organization and all its data anytime through account settings
• Download all uploaded files and documents
• Receive comprehensive data exports for backup purposes

Shared Security Responsibilities

Orgonized.org is a platform service. While we implement robust security measures to protect our systems and your data, security is a shared responsibility. By using our service, you agree to:

• Maintain secure account credentials and use strong passwords
• Only provide access to trusted members of your organization
• Be responsible for the information you choose to store on the platform
• Regularly backup important data using our export features
• Monitor and manage user access within your organization
• Report any suspected security incidents immediately
• Train your team on data privacy and security best practices

When you delete your account or organization, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Orgonized.org is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or enhance our service from time to time to improve functionality, security, or user experience. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the service.

Maintenance and Downtime

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will attempt to schedule maintenance during low-usage periods and provide advance notice when possible.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Orgonized.org operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the service or via email. Your continued use of Orgonized.org after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
